THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR ALL OF INTERIOR CENTRAL
CALIFORNIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE OVER MUCH OF
THE REGION. THE MAIN THREAT WILL BE LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS TO
OVER 35 MPH AND BRIEF HEAVY RAIN.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

AN UNSEASONABLY COOL AREA OF LOW PRESSURE ALOFT WILL MOVE INLAND
ACROSS CENTRAL CALIFORNIA LATE IN THE WEEK. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING
LOWERING SNOW LEVELS TO THE SOUTHERN SIERRA NEVADA, POSSIBLY AS
LOW AS 8000 FEET. IT WILL ALSO CONTINUE THE THREAT OF
THUNDERSTORMS TO LOWER ELEVATIONS FRIDAY, INCLUDING THE SAN
JOAQUIN VALLEY. SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE GUSTY
WINDS AND HAIL.
