[pct-l] Thru Hiker Town Food Guide (slightly TIC)

I know it's nearly impossible, but i always thought it would be a good idea
not to go too crazy with the eating in trail towns.  The problem is that you
develop bad habits that come back to haunt you when you get off trail.

I admit, I was not very successful in this strategy.
