[pct-l] Question - Keeping Cool on the Trail

It looks like the only thing it does is absorb water that is used to cool
the skin. I'm guessing it wouldn't be very practical as its hard to find a
convenient tub of water in the desert. When available, I sometimes dip my
bandana or shirt in a stream to cool off. It sound s=like this material is
slightly thicker and more absorbant leading to the cooilng effects lasting
longer. I think it might be nice to try if I was just standing around on a
hot day but I'm not sure how practical it would be to carry and activate on
the trail. Maybe some brave/rich soul will give it a try.
