I wear glasses.  I didn't wear sunglasses in the desert, didn't miss
them, didn't mind squinting on occasion.

I bought overglasses at Walmart for about $30, and mailed them to
myself at KM.  Definitely appreciated them for the snow glare.  After
the Sierra, found them primarily useful for reducing the
flies-in-the-eyes phenomenon.  (Maybe a surgical mask next time, as
well, for flies-in-the-mouth phenomenon.)
