What's the story with water tanks? I'm referring  to the water tanks in the 
area south of Kennedy Meadows. In looking at the data book they don't seem 
to be listed. Does that mean their use is discouraged by hikers. I realize 
the data book has not been updated in five years or so. Are they a new thing 
for fire fighting or are they available but ignored by the data book or 
what?
