[pct-l] Olallie Lake Resort Resupply

It's too bad it's closed.  It had a full hiker box and the summer people 
that worked there were very hiker-friendly.  And they had good beer.  
There is nothing like stepping 100 yards off the trail, getting a 
resupply box, three beers, doing the repacking, and in an hour be back 
on the trail with a slight buzz...
