Recently there was discussion on PCT-L about the book, “Fixing Your Feet” by
Jon Vonhof.  Jon has had an on-line Ezine for quite a while but he now has a
blog spot to which you can subscribe at : www.fixingyourfeet.com



A lot of his stuff relates to those whacked-out, lunatic-fringe
ultramarathoners, but much of it also applies to us whacked-out,
lunatic-fringe long distance hikers.
