[pct-l] Dogs on trail

True, but people who own dogs pay taxes. Plus, I didn't mention the impact
of pack stock on the backcountry. My dog is MUCH less destructive, and the
last I heard, mules don't pay taxes either. (If I'm wrong on this, does
anybody have a mule for sale?)
