[pct-l] UPS vs USPS

I haven't compared UPS to USPS, but I did make a chart comparing flat rate  
Priority to regular Priority Mail for my hike this summer. I'll save about $50  
using flat rate Priority - enough for a pint of ice cream at every resupply  
stop. Shoulda done that for my first three section hikes; wasted over  $100.
