[pct-l] Whitney Permit

What's strange is that a JMT thruhike permit only costs $5.00, I believe. And that includes Whitney and the Portal exit...

You all seem to only have 2 choices.........to pay $15 or not to pay $15.
Why don't you all just pay the $15 and go HYOH ?? Whether you end up going
up Whitney or not the money will go to a good cause. Sure would save a lot
of worrying for those who are first timers.
