[pct-l] Cramming a BV450 (500) / Canister 'required' areas

Postey, maybe he did, and maybe he didn't, but based on the food supply
stuff that Ken lists does pack pretty good. But I look at it from my big
energy level requirements, and the necessity of variety. If it works for
Ken then that's good for Ken. I'd fall flat on my face for lack of energy,
and would not be able to eat that stuff for the rest of the trip, probably
have to bomb out to Bishop and get some Pizza, a Pepsi, and donuts. I
learned to hate those store bought energy bars long ago racing bicycles.
Uck! Met this guy once along the PCT down here near Mt Pacifico who was
living on cold rice he soaked. Super Yuck. But it worked for him, and he
was motoring. I could not keep up with him. How long that would work for
him I have no idea. So if Ken says he got X amount of food in his can I'll
have to give him the advantage of the doubt. How much energy was in the can
was probably less than my normal 6-day food bag about the same size as a
can, maybe slightly smaller.
