Nah, we only sweat when we're exerting ourselves, or when the body is trying
to cool down.  I suppose if you were really hot in your bag you could sweat,
but typically sleeping on the trail is a dry experience.

Getting up in cold clothes would be VERY unpleasant.  It's COLD in the
mornings!
