Here is the list of items I have (but the thought of getting colder then what these items can take care of keeps nagging at me and I'm fighting the urge to throw more in there). 
 
0 degree down sleeping bag...
with all my clothes on It might do to keep me warm.
As far as staying warm while hiking specially in the wind, rain and snow, not feeling that confident with my list of items below...
 
base layer shirts
light weight thermals
flash down jacket
rain shell/rain pants
 
All I can say is...
THE COLD AND I ARE ENEMIES!!!
