[pct-l] pack fitting

hey guys I just bought a Golite Quest medium because I got it for like 50%
off and i tried it on today and the hipbelt buckle sits at my belly button
and is above my actual waist line like my belt would be on my pants. I
looked at a bunch of pictures of other hikers and it seems that maybe packs
sit higher than a actual belt? it feels like the weight transfer is okay.
any comments?
