If there are any changes from year to year, it's usually published late March/early April on various agency websites...  
BTW, in my last communication with Seki (Dec. 4th), they do not anticipate any change from 2009 to 2010 at this time...

The SIBBG website used to have all the pertinent details about each individual agency's requirements, but now simply lists links to each agency - but there is still some good 'general' info there...
