I use an Opsack as well, I use it to line my Ursack. The problem is
that when you open and close the Opsack, taking food in and out, the
scent ends up getting on your hands and on the outside of the bag.

I find it difficult to keep a totally scent free food bag after a while.

It does help though and it also helps keep scent off of your backpack as well.
