[pct-l] JMT Q's

1.  Probably you will be past the worst of the mosquito problems.  There may 
be a few pockets at some areas.
2.  No.  Please do pack out used stuff.
3.  Not near Kearsarge that I can think of.  There's alternatives south of 
the Postpile (ie, hiking up Cascade drainage rather than the JMT, coming in 
via Duck Pass, etc)
4.  Yes.  Parking is limited (and competitive!).  Do not keep smellies in 
the car (very active bear area).  Bear boxes at trailhead to store stuff, 
but heavily used.
