[pct-l] Parking in Truckee for 7 - 11 days`

Hi All,
I haven't had any response to my request for transportation information
for my planned trip.
So I've been thinking it may be easier for me overall to park in
Truckee. That way I'd be close to CA 89 to start my hitch south and
when finished I wouldn't have to hitch a ride from Truckee to Norden
(near Soda Springs on old US 40). Any recommendations?
Depending on when I get back to Truckee, I'd be interested in a motel
for the night and a chance to shower, etc. before my long drive home.
