Regardless of the tank water quality, I would always take a side trip down 
Chariot Cyn first looking for water. There is a chance you'll find nice, 
clean water. Asabat's water report as of 4/5 says. "A bit of water ~0.7 
miles down otherwise dry"

My first trip through there I used the tank. My second trip I used Chariot 
Cyn. With the benefit of hindsight, I would only use that skanky tank as a 
very last resort.

Chariot Cyn Rd jct is about 5 trail miles south of the tank. It's easily 
located on your maps. Tank up there and it will hold you over till San 
Felipe Crk/Scissors Crossing
