[pct-l] PCT Hiker Rescue

I didn't see anything either about it being a PCT hiker. I am guessing that
both hikers who were rescued were week enders (local). We have a lot of
local short haul hikers here in the NW. They are not as prepared or as
experienced as the Thru-hiker folks.
