Did a small SOBO hike from Surprise Lake to (just south of) Deception Pass and came across:

'unknown'  -- a few but didn't get their name logged, so i forgot (near surprise lake) 9/4
Drive by -- [but i'm not positive since he went by so fast; red flame tattoo on his leg] (near glacier lakes) 9/4
Sparky -- (at deception lakes) 9/5
Pickles -- (north of deception pass) 9/5
