OOOOhhh... Food! My favorite subject.   We were just talking about this over the weekend too!

My suggestions might be a little far north for you... Do NOT eat at CharBurger (Near Bridge of the Gods) Blech!!

Snoqualmie Pass - if you drop down into North Bend - North Bend Bar & Grill.

Steven's Pass - if you drop down to Leavenworth - Uncle Uli's (but they don't have a frier - so no french fries)
Visconti's (Italian Food).
Crystals (especially for breakfast)
NOT Gustav's (terrible service and you pay for each item - fries are seperate, for example - food is good though and they have good beers on tap)

Mount Baker - in Glacier - Milano's (Italian Food)

I'll think of more once the coffee kicks in this morning. :)

Listers,

On the way home I dropped two JMT hikers at Whitney Portal. Since I
just aborted my JMT hike that morning, and had nothing to eat, I
stopped at the Portal store. The burger and fries are out of this
world. Well worth a trip from the flatlands. They must taste even
better after climbing Whitney. A just reward for us hiking carnivores.

Does anyone else have any good town food stops along the PCT?

Tom
The Incredible (shrinking) Bulk, and back to the PCT I go tomorrow,
because it is there, and it is not in NC, and I am still here in CA.
