[pct-l] Cache options on Hat Rim

That would be a great contribution, setting up another cache along the Rim.  We just hiked that section two weeks ago...I think a great place to setup an additional cache would be just north of the Cassel-Fall River Mills Road (the trail crosses the road and there are the famous painted footprints across the road).  That would give some nice distance after Cache 22 for the NOBO's and an earlier opportunity for the SOBO's...also might take somme of the load off Stan having to re-load so often on his cache.  Thanks for thinking of the hikers and for offering to help, it is much appreciated.

Hi,

I (and my family) live on the Hat Creek Radio Observatory (visible  
from the PCT along the rim).  I've been reading up on info regarding  
the PCT in this area and have noted that most mentions of HC are about  
the lack of water.  I was hoping to set up some caches along the PCT  
on a regular basis and wanted to know if there are any particular  
points along the trail that would be best.
