Dear Rob,

    Thank you for your email. I appreciate your thoughts during this very difficult time. It is very sad and tragic.
 
     I have not been able to sleep very well and am so disturbed by what has happened. 

     In a situation like this, one tends to think what could I have done so that this could have been prevented? The truth is we did everything we could have done. I still struggle with this, but I know I will come to a peace in my heart regarding her death, but never forget about it.
 
     The one's hurting the most is her husband, Don and her family who loved her so dearly. My heart goes out to them. Keep them in your prayers and thoughts.
