[pct-l] Hiking and wind and rain

But it is applicable to experienced hikers. It's not cotton though,
it's the attitude "I'll stop and put on rain gear before the rain gets
too bad." Or some such version. I have a wealth of stories where I
powered on and put on rain gear after I got wet, and then hiked down the
ridge and got cold. Give me light snow over light rain any day... My
guess is every person on this list has learned from at least one choice
that turned out to the wrong one when it comes to dealing with hiking in
the rain...
