[pct-l] Update to PCT Death near Lake Tahoe

This morning's Sacramento Bee had an article regarding the dangers of 
hiker's wearing cotton clothes in this changeable weather.  Evidently that's 
one of the contributing factor's to the woman's death, and the hypothermia 
suffered by her 3 companions.  Not applicable to experienced hikers, of 
course.
