[pct-l] Clearly, the PCT needs shelters

Hey, Oregon has the relatively new South Brown Mountain shelter. Washington has the USFS cabin that replaced the Camp Urich shelter at Government Meadow south of Snoqualmie Pass. That's plenty. Everyone out here in the PNW knows it hardly ever rains in OR and WA during the summer. :D

There were no cappacino machines in either shelter when I was there. Perhaps they were out for repair.
