You remove (unsubscribe) yourself from the list... Go to <http://mailman.backcountry.net/mailman/listinfo/pct-l> and scroll down towards the bottom until you see "To unsubscribe from Pct-l,..." and follow the instructions... If all else fails, follow the instructions! ;-) Happy trails!!! PITA
