[pct-l] Golden Oak Spring, Robin Bird Spring report

On 5/1 Golden Oak Spring tank was about 1/3 full, about 7 in deep in
deep end. Just a trickle of surface water oozing into the tank. Did a
little trenching to improve it, but not much. More surface water
flowing down hillside farther away. Needs a few hours work with
shovels and pipes or gutters.

Robin Bird Spring still has good flow out of black pipe below tank.

At least 50+ gallons of water at Kelso Valley Rd pass cache.
