[pct-l] Trail towns with health food stores

In Section M, Quincy Natural Foods Co-op is on the main drag by the Pangaea
Cafe. I found it to be an easy hitch from Buck's Summit in 2006. Library,
motels, and P.O. are centrally located. Safeway or some such is at the south
end of town as I remember it.
