Henry Hiker, notorious trail trash and hanger-on, joined some of the real 
hikers in the trail town saloon.

Closing time came and Henry staggered out to his car, fumbled with his 
keys, and finally got into his car. He started the car, then lurched out of 
the parking lot and weaved down the street. The local deputy sheriff, 
tipped off about the goings on at the saloon, was waiting and gave chased. 
After a couple of blocks, the deputy got Henry to pull over.

Deputy walked up and asked Henry if he had been drinking. Henry said he had 
had a few. So deputy had Henry breather into the breath analyzer. It 
recorded no alcohol. Deputy went back to his car and got his spare analyzer 
and had Henry breathe into it too. Again is showed no alcohol.

Deputy asked Henry, "What's going on; you're driving like a drunk yet you 
show no alcohol".

Henry just smiled and said "I'm the designated decoy."
