I've used both in-steps and 10-points with trail runners. The crampons need
to have a universal binding. The 10-points I have are the Stubai Ultralight

Note these are aluminum, so you won't have as much bite as with steel, and
if you are on and off rock you will wear the points down quickly.
But, they're just 590 grams.
