[pct-l] West Nile Virus

I don't want to be an alarmist, but all the San Diego PCT hikers need to be aware that West Nile Virus has been found in 6 dead birds in 2008.  See the attached link for more info.

While these locations where WNV were found are not on the PCT, it is possible that no one has found a dead bird on or near the PCT yet.
