Hi All:

       I just wanted to let you all know I just bought some stuff from 
Backcountrygear.com and they have the best customer service. I am letting you all 
know because its not everyday I am impressed by a business. There was a mix-up 
on my order and since the product I was getting was no longer in stock they 
upgraded me at no additional cost, and gave me an option about what upgrade I 
would like. These people are awesome!
