[pct-l] Wilderness Permit Not Needed

If you're just going from Sonora Pass to Echo Lakes, you will not be  
in any Wilderness Area on the PCT.  Desolation Valley Wilderness  
boundary on the PCT is north of Echo Lakes about 1.5 miles; I was  
there Saturday with my son and saw the sign.  : - )
