[pct-l] Attemt to make contact with Brian Gill aka Panama

Hi,
I am trying to make contact with Brian Gill, aka Panama.
Brian emailed me 3 times and I answered back 4 times. I
think his spam filter is  stopping my return email from reaching his
in box.
I don't want Panama to think I'm a flake for not responding back so I'm
asking for your help.
