[pct-l] trip idea request

Marion,

Last summer there were some serious downed trees between Tuolomne Meadows
and Old Station.  I've seen many more downed trees per mile further south,
but some of those up there were real monsters (diameter >4') that looked
like they had been there for years.  That's a beautiful area with very
interesting history (traces of the early explorers and 49'ers all around).
There's plenty of water from lakes and rivers.  You would enjoy it.  I don't
know the chain saw rules.
