[pct-l] No Olallie Lake Resort resupply

My sister lives in Bend and said that the State is not going to plow 
McKenzie Pass this year - that it likely won't melt out enough for car 
traffic til the end of of July. 

I've hitched from Santiam pass, and you do have to trust the fates as 
people are passing by at 65 mph - but there are a lot of outdoorsy types 
and I've never had to wait long...
