Nothing anywhere near the trail, but you're only talking 100 miles between those two points; it's no big deal for a through-hiker.

The alternate way-off-trail is the town of Sisters. Hitch east either from McKenzie Pass or Santiam Pass. Santiam gets more traffic but McKenzie has a campground and the Dee Wright Observatory both of which attract a lot of parked cars. There's no reason for cars to slow or stop atop Santiam Pass as the only thing there is the trailhead parking lot for the PCT and Old Oregon Skyline Trail thruogh the Eight Lakes Basin.
