[pct-l] Crater Lake resupply address info

I use mailing software to print labels, and it rejected the address I had
for Mazama Village Store in Crater Lake, so I googled for a better
one. http://www.nps.gov/archive/crla/brochures/pct.htm

This NPS site has an address that includes the P.O. Box number. My Shipping
Assistant software accepted it.
