[pct-l] permit for Sonora Pass

We always travel up the east side of the Sierras to trailheads.  If you 
are traveling up the east side to hike Sonora Pass, there are two places 
to get a permit.  First, there is a ranger station at Bridgeport, on the 
highway just south of town.  Second, there is a write-your-own permit 
station at the trailhead parking lot at Leavitt Meadow, on 108 on the 
way up to Sonora Pass.  You just fill out a permit and drop a copy in 
the box.
