Just about all the manufacturers make bags that'll zip together. But
Feathered Friends has another option: a Toucan groundsheet. It's actually a
sleeve that holds two pads (Z-Rest or similar), which zips to a single bag
that's opened like a quilt.

My wife is a cold sleeper, but we've been using a Toucan/Penguin combination
for several years and she's stayed warm and toasty--for a lot less weight
than two complete bags.
