[pct-l] 2008 PCT thru hike Blisters

I didn't have any luck with moleskin or tape. Perhaps my feet were
unusually sweaty and they couldn't stick, but anything I stuck on my
feet ended up in a ball near my toes causing more problems than they
solved. Is there a trick to applying that stuff?
