[pct-l] Gossamer Gear "The One"

My Wanderlustgear Nomad uses a half-inch PVC elbow where the two pole
tips join at the top of the tent. It has a small hole through which a
short cord ties it to the fabric. Maybe a half-inch PVC cap could be
used on The One.
