out any gear.

If this is your first forray into long distance hiking, after only a day 
you'll realize you are carrying gear you don't want or need or maybe you 
really want something out of your driftbox.

Mt. Laguna lets you do a last minute 'fine tune' of your gear without 
carrying/doing without unnecessarily.

And if you're sending your driftbox to Mt. Laguna, send a resupply as well. 
Then you can have exactly what you want regardless of the hoard that has 
blighted the store shelves before your arrival.
