As I recall the souvenir shop at Manning Park Resort had a good variety of food and gear. At least enough for a three day resupply.

south?   Does canada have PO system which accepts maildrops?

Resupplying in Manning would be in concert with completing a northbound
journey and attempting to get back to Stehekin, WA to catch the ferry
to www.holdenvillage.org
