[pct-l] Alavanches Close Passes in WA State

For the first time in the 22 years I've lived in the PNW, all four WA passes through the Cascades are closed by avalanches at the same time.  The only east-west route across the state now is I-80 on the Oregon side of the Columbia River.

>From north to south:

Rainy Pass  (hwy 20) - the state closes this highway every year until the spring melt. It's just too hard to keep open.

Stevens Pass (hwy 2)

Snoqualie Pass (I-90)

White Pass (hwy 12)
