One of the important things with cheesy backpacking is
to not touch with your fingers or mouth the part of
the cheese you're not eating right away.  It gets
moldy a lot faster after coming in contact with skin.

So for me that would not mean using Saranwrap.  I'd
use a small ziplock or the original packaging with a
rubber band tied around it.
