[pct-l] water sources from Campo to Highway 74

There is some info is at http://pct.4jeffrey.net . With the recent rains
two things MAY have happened. (1) Rain may have caused some streams to
flow for a day or so, although we probably haven't had enough rain to
keep them flowing reliably yet (just a guess). (2) Cold weather may have
resulted in some of the water faucets on Laguna being turned off to
prevent freeze damage.
