[pct-l] water sources from Campo to Highway 74

Hi, 
A friend and I are planning a hike from Campo to Highway 74. We are looking information about the current water resupply locations. We have received some information but are looking for more current info. specifically 

Are the natural water sources usable?

Do the campgrounds in the Lagunas have water currently?

Where are good drop off locations? 

We are new to this area (and not very experienced hikers) so any information about water in this area would be helpful.
